* The former Technoflex company was transferred to a pure holding company, and the Asset Maintenance Department and Operations Department were divided. The Operations Department and the trade name were transferred to the Techo Division Preparation Company, and the trade name was changed to "TechnoFlex Inc." The pure holding company changed its name to "Techno Holdings."
